Day 1

Depart from South Africa on your South African Airways flight to Livingstone. On arrival you will be met by your local English speaking representative who will transfer you to your lodge.

Stanley Safari Lodge is the perfect gateway to the mighty Victoria Falls and the exclusive get-away in an African setting. Set on a hill bordering the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and overlooking unspoilt bush, Stanley Safari Lodge is only 3km from the Victoria Falls. The views are splendid: the spray of the Falls in the distance, the mighty Zambezi river and on top of that beautiful African sunsets. From either the main garden, the infinity pool or from the privacy of your room, views are unmatched. The atmosphere at Stanley Safari Lodge is tranquil and intimate, with only 10 private cottages or suites they are able to give you an unmatched level of entirely personalized service.

Once you have had time to freshen up, enjoy the afternoon with a cruise on the Zambezi River. From the boat you might see some wildlife and of course Africa´s magical sunsets. Drinks and snacks are included.

For dinner, the private table set-up ensures you can enjoy your meal from any place you desire. Just pick a spot: on the upper deck, in the wine cellar, outdoors under the stars or in the infinity pool? Or maybe you would like to have a romantic private dinner in the room? Day 2

This morning enjoy a tour of the Victoria Falls. The majority of the tour takes place on the other side of the gorge, which is the best for photographic reasons. The best seasons to see the Falls are roughly mid June to mid September (start of the dry season) or mid November to mid January (start of rainy season). Between mid January and mid June the Falls are at its highest, which also means the spray is enormous and part of the view is blocked. Mind your cameras, because you will get wet! As for mid September to mid November, those are the hot dry months and the Falls do dry up to a certain extent. During the months when the spray is big and its full moon, the lunar rainbow is visible. It can be quite spectacular to see a rainbow at night! Usually this phenomena occurs from mid June to mid September and mid January to mid April.

Day 3

Morning at leisure until your transfer from the lodge to Livingstone Airport for your flight to Johannesburg.
