From the landmark beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay to the vibrant V&A Waterfront and Cape Town city center, the award-winning wine farms of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek - time spent in Cape Town will not be forgotten.

It is a sophisticated city at the gateway to a majestic continent. The Mother City is a place where old and new harmoniously converge – in history, architecture, cultural pursuits and the essence of its people. The city is dominated by a towering, table-shaped mountain, set on a peninsula of soaring, rocky heights and lush valleys, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans converge. After an early breakfast you will be transferred from your hotel to Cape Town Airport in time for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg. On arrival connect with your flight to Kruger-Mpumalanga where you will be met on arrival and transferred to Lion Sands River Lodge. Spend 2-nights including all meals and two game drives daily.

Lion Sands River Lodge is decorated in an old African style with a sundeck and bar. The swimming pool is built with a zero - edge overlooking the River. Lion Sands River Lodge has 6.21 miles (10km) of Sabie River frontage with a high concentration of game around the River especially during the dry seasons. It provides a great diversity of general fauna and flora and affords unique activities based around the River, hides and fishing.

Enjoy an early morning game viewing drive in an open safari vehicle in this wildlife paradise. Spend the hottest part of the day relaxing around the pool or on comfortable wooden chairs overlooking a water-hole. In the afternoon go on another safari under the guidance of a qualified game ranger and renowned Shangaan tracker. Exceptional game viewing has always been a trademark of the Sabi Sands.

The Lodge offer exciting game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles. At daybreak, guests meet for a welcoming cup of coffee before embarking on a dawn safari.
